I help baseball players develop the skills, routines, and mindset needed to compete at the next level. After a 14-year professional playing career as a catcher, time in the Major Leagues, and experience managing at the Triple-A level, I bring a pro-style approach to player development. My coaching focuses on practical, game-ready improvement: swing decisions, hitting approach, catching and defensive fundamentals, preparation, routines, leadership, and baseball IQ. I work best with serious high school, college, and advanced youth players who want honest feedback, clear direction, and a plan they can execute between sessions.
