UniteHQ is a software platform that helps independent coaches run their coaching businesses. We try to write our policies the way we'd want to read them — plain English, short paragraphs, and a summary at the top of each section.

• Terms of Service→The agreement between you and UniteHQ when you use our platform — what we do, what you do, and how we resolve issues.
• Privacy Policy→What we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices.
• Acceptable Use Policy→What you can and can't do on UniteHQ. Plain rules to keep coaches, parents, and athletes safe.
• Coach Services Agreement→Terms specific to coaches who deliver coaching through UniteHQ — payouts, scope of practice, and obligations.
• Risk Acknowledgment→What parents and athletes acknowledge before subscribing to a coach. Read this if you're a parent.
• Refund & Dispute Policy→How refunds work, how disputes are handled, and what to do if something isn't right.
